At Blue Eyes Biotech's cGMP factory, we employ patented low-temperature extraction technology. Extraction temperature is strictly
controlled between 40-50°C to avoid thermal degradation of heat-sensitive anthocyanins. We use a food-grade ethanol and water solvent
mixture, achieving anthocyanin extraction rates as high as 92% through a multi-stage counter-current extraction system. The extract is then
purified via membrane filtration and column chromatography to remove impurities like sugars and organic acids, concentrating the
anthocyanins to a standardized content. Every batch of Elderberry Extract must meet the standards of ≥25% anthocyanin content
(calculated as cyanidin-3-glucoside) and ≥35% total polyphenols. We have established 32 quality control points on the production line to
monitor key parameters in real-time, ensuring high batch-to-batch consistency.
