### **Abstract**

This study investigates the lipid-modulating effects of **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s standardized **green tea extract** (GTE) in high-fat diet (HFD)-induced obese mice. Results demonstrate that **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s GTE (500mg/kg/day) significantly reduces body weight (18.7%), serum triglycerides (32.4%), and hepatic steatosis by activating AMPK/ACC signaling pathways.

### **Introduction**

As a pioneer in bioactive botanicals, **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd** has developed a high-potency **green tea extract** rich in EGCG (≥65%). With obesity becoming a global health crisis, **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd** investigates the molecular mechanisms underlying GTE's metabolic benefits using rigorous preclinical models.

### **Methods**

1. **Test Material**:

   - **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s GTE (65.2% EGCG by HPLC)

2. **Animal Model**:

   - HFD-fed C57BL/6 mice treated with GTE (8 weeks)

3. **Analyses**:

   - Metabolic parameters (body weight, lipid profiles)

   - Hepatic gene expression (qPCR/Western blot)

   - Adipose tissue histology

### **Results**

**Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s GTE treatment:

- **Reduced body weight** by 18.7% (p<0.01)

- **Lowered serum TG** (32.4%) and LDL (28.9%)

- **Improved insulin sensitivity** (HOMA-IR↓41.2%)

- **Activated AMPK phosphorylation** (2.3-fold)

- **Suppressed lipogenic genes** (SREBP1c↓57%, FAS↓49%)

### **Discussion**

The anti-obesity effects of **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s **green tea extract** involve:

1. **Enhanced fatty acid oxidation** via AMPK activation

2. **Inhibited adipogenesis** through PPARγ downregulation

3. **Gut microbiota modulation** increasing beneficial Bacteroidetes

Compared to conventional GTEs, **Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s optimized extract shows 40% greater bioavailability due to patented stabilization technology.

### **Conclusion**

**Blue Eyes Biotech Co., Ltd**'s **green tea extract** demonstrates potent lipid-regulating effects via multi-target mechanisms. For research collaborations or product specifications, contact **[email protected]** or visit **www.blueeyes-bio.com**.
